The Iloilo Economic Development Foundation, Inc. (ILEDF) is a non-stock, non-profit organization founded by key representatives from local government, the business community, and private individuals in the City and Province of Iloilo in February 2007.
The Foundation exemplifies a strong partnership between government and the private sector where key stakeholders in business have come together and agreed to undertake promotion and marketing activities to sell the City and Province of Iloilo as a premier investment destination.
Supported by a stable membership base representing influential leaders in both government and corporate sector, ILEDF aims to become the formal institutional medium that will initiate and organize activities and projects that will improve local economic activities.
ILED Foundation’s logo represent the three (3) major partners that undertake economic development initiatives in Iloilo and these are: government, business sector organizations and private individuals.
The mission of ILEDF is to be the primary catalyst and enabler for the promotion of investments in tourism, agribusiness, manufacturing and information technology, for the continued growth and development of Iloilo.
By 2022, ILEDF shall be an institutionalized, financially independent, sustainable and recognized model for public-private collaboration, committed to make Iloilo a highly preferred investment destination.
