The boom of townships and real estate developments in Iloilo express much about investor confidence in the local business climate. Ayal Atria Park and Technohub

  • A 21-hectare mixed-use property that is home to SEDA Hotel, Qualimed Hospital, The Shops at Atria, and Metro Supermarket.
  • Avida Towers Atria, a high-end residential condominium complex provides complementary market to the commercial establishments.

Gaisano City Center

  • A 16-hectare mixed-use property is open to residential and commercial establishments.
  • Ongoing construction is the City Times Square, an entertainment complex.
  • It will also feature a man-made lake with promenade
